Byderule is right but alcohol doesn't really get any better with age in terms of quality once it has been bottled. It may get slightly mellower and is more rare. But all the actual flavor and alcohol enhancement is done inside the barrel, if there is one.
Vodka that has been in the bottle for 5 years will be exactly the same as vodka that was bottled yesterday.

Once the bottle has been opened, virtually any type of alcoholic drink loses its alcohol content over time. In some cases, the drink simply doesn't have as much "kick" but it can affect the flavor as well.

No only the people who drink a lot of it do
all hard liquer is good forever if the bottle is closed good and only improves with age.
the older the whiskey or brandy ,the more expensive it becomes .
drinks like vodca are always drunk ,by drinkers ,who drank it to get drunk before it can reach an old age.

It will evaporate before it spoils. The alcohol content makes it inhospitable to any kind of bugs or nasty things.
