I have taken Triple Omega 3 (Cod liver oil) vitamin and then ate an egg and a fish for dinner in a single day. What might happen if I take too much Omega ??

Nothing. It's a vitamin. When too much is in the system your body can only absorb so much, the rest will be discharged. Hope this helps. I found some sites to back me up.

I read that you can't overdose on that stuff. Remember, it's only oil. If you drank a pint of animal or plant oil, it wouldn't kill you. And those pills only have a few grams.
It's the contaminants like mercury and arsenic in deep ocean fish you should worry about. But those pills supposedly don't have metals in them.
