i mean some people eat as much food as posible nad never get fat while other eat very litlle and get fat so fast fat people we cal them Obesity what is the name for those who are not fat in genral thank you

Normal. We are called normal.
Nothing to do with lucky, or genes, or metabolism. We eat good healthy food and we exercise. It is as simple as that. You are what you eat.

well, most people call me SCWID
it is from having high metabolism, but in general, it is called being fit.
see, now i also used to body build, and even today i don't set watching tv. I do get on the computer a lot, but even then, I still get up and move about all the time.
im 31, and i live on chocolate, pizza, and meats. I am still toned like I work out, just not as big as i was. It is a compliment when people ask me if I work out. I have not in years.

We're called Thoroughbreds.
I cannot put on weight although I would like to be about 1 stone(14lbs) heavier. I tried eating two main meals each day, on top of tea breaks etc but after a few days I found it too difficult.

ectomorph= long limbed,slim, lean and angular, this body type have very little body fat and muscle bulk. do not put on weight easily.
Mesomorph= broad, stocky,muscular and athletic. gain weight slowly.
Endomorph=short , curvy, stocky, fat. This body type gain weight easily and battle to lose weight.
