I don't know whether your question was flippant or not, but I'll answer because I think it's a good question.
Each and every time the Jewish people were enslaved, God arranged for them to be released from captivity without any need for them to fight. God showed signs and wonders through Moses, and Pharoah finally let them leave. When Pharoah and his armies chased after the Jews, God defended them.
When the Jews had been in captivity under the Babylonians for 70 years, God used their own King Cyrus to let His people go free. In fact, Cyrus was so important to God, that the prophets Isaiah, Jeremiah and Daniel all prophesied about this gentile King.
After the destruction of the Second Temple in 70 AD, the Jews were dispursed throughout the entire world. This "diaspora" was also prophesied, by prophets such as Zechariah, Isaiah and Daniel, who all called this dispursion a kind of captivity. Following WWII, God softened the hearts of world leaders, which lead to the re-establishment of Israel in May, 1948. The Jews will stay in Israel until the final, temporary, dispursion by the antichrist during the Tribulation. They will again be returned by an act of God.
So, as you can see, no human weapons will ever be needed. God is on the Jews' side -- and He's the best defense anyone can ever have.

Well the plagues were designed to mock the Egyptian gods so...I suppose but I don't think that there is a "weapon" god unless you're crazy.
