I hold a bachelor of arts degree in journalism. I always loved writing when I was young, but found out from personal experience as I was completing my degree program that journalism isn't the field for me. I spent eight years in a newspaper newsroom in various capacities before major differences of opinion with the editorial staff led to our separation...
I now work as an office manager for a small company. It's great to get hands-on with the work and deal with customers on a personal basis. I like being able to review my accounting work each day and know it's right or wrong, not something subjective that I worry about each night what people will think when they see my work in the morning.
And I'm only 26 - so there's a world of experience ahead of me. Maybe some day I'll take up writing again as a pleasant pasttime, and use my past experience as a guide...

I am 20 twice over, and for the first time in many years I really enjoy what I do for a living, this is largely due to the fact that I like the one company I work for, the other company I own.
I am a designer for a company that builds new homes, and I work as a photographer for myself.
And You?

I always question whether there's anyone out there who s earning decent bucks and enjoying work. Well.. Im lookinginto taking a degree in public relation and journalism. A totally different field from my creative background but getting involved in few events where I did p.r and stuff makes me realised that this is what i wanna do. For now. LOL

I worked at a hospital in the admitting department of day surgery and I loved it--I worked there for about 4 years--now I'm married and am a full time mom, but as far as work goes I liked working there.

I've had my life planned out since I was 3. No Joke. It's a cute story.
Anyway, I love my job, I will love owning day cares. I guess I'm doing well for myself!

I'm a nurse. I used to enjoy my work but it's come down to money, law suits and terrible patient care. I'm now pursuing a degree in teaching.

I am a hairdresser turned stay-at-home mom who would like to be a writer.
I love to write, and I liked doing hair, but being a stay-at-home mom is the most fulfilling and important job a person could have.
