Grace means undeserved favor. This what God extends toward us when we acknowledge our sinsfulness and need for a Savior. We cannot save ourselves; and we do not deserve for God to save us. The Bible says, though, "But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners" (Roman 5:8). Jesus Christ, God's one and only Son, didn't have to go to the cross for you and me; but He chose to anyway because He loves us, and because He knew the cross was the only way for you and I to receive eternal life. The Bible says, "God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it" (Ephesians 2:8-9). By a simple prayer of faith, ask Jesus Christ to come into your heart and life today. Follow Him as Lord & savior. If you will receive Christ, you will be saved and transformed by the grace of God!

Grace beings with God and is given freely by God. His grace toward us is our example for extending grace and mercy to other. Grace cannot be earned. It is freely given.....When we come before God's very throne though prayer, we receive his grace...Psalm 84:11....He gives us grace and glory. no good thing will the Lord withhold from those who do what is right

Grace is God's unmerited favor. That is, grace is God doing good for us that we do not deserve. In the Bible, grace and mercy are like two heads of the same coin. Mercy is God withholding judgment or evil that I deserve; grace is God giving me blessing or good that I do not deserve. Because of God's mercy, I do not receive the judgment of God against my sins; because of God's grace, I receive eternal life and a promise of heaven though I do not deserve them. Both mercy and grace come to me though the Lord Jesus Christ.
