yes... it's a healthy emotional release... no... it's a sin, if she wants to go to heaven she won't touch herself like that... what I'm saying is so what? It's a personal choice... how can you miss... what you never had... of course if she wants to learn... there is no moral ambiguity to the act of pleasing one's self. If your "a woman"'s boyfriend... hold her hand while she explores. Who said self pleasure has to be a solo experience?

Im in my 30s, please myself the best i can. and loving it! Single, by choice. I know how to hold out longer or when to cut to the chasee and just come, so Ican give me a quickie or a long drawn one! I know my body, i have explored it over time and I know what pleases me, what touches to make to get something. So yes, I think i wil miss out on a lot if i didnt do this! But then again, if a woman dont do it, its by choice, probably coz she gets enough physical attention and dont need to self-please. Women tend to get content with their man's loving like that...

I don't know if you're missing out on anything, but you don't always need someone else to satisfy you..it's normal and healthy to do that for yourself sometimes..only you knows what you like and what you don't

No - it's as normal to masturbate as it is not to masturbate; people do it as much or as little as the want. It's bit of 'media myth' that everyone is supposed to be having fantastic orgasms/sex all the time.
