Get a kid's ball..one that has a little bit of resistence, place it between your knees and squeeze the ball. You can immediately feel it in your inner thighs.

There is exercise equipment you can purchase to put in between your thighs and squeeze together. However I found if you just buy a ball and place between your thighs and squeeze works just the same and gives the effect of tightening up the muscles. Do about 25 squeezes per session.

Thigh master!
Heres a simple exercise.
1. Lay on your side (lets say left to start) with your legs straight out and your head propped up with your left arm.
2. Bend your right leg by placing your foot flat on the ground close to your buttocks. It will be behind your left leg.
3. Lift your left leg and hold it to the count of ten. You'll want to lift it just a few inches off the ground. (repeat 3-5 times)
Then switch position so you can do the same with your right leg.
You can also "bounce" the lifting leg. that is lift it and bring it down at varying heights for different counts.
Hope this helps, I've never tried to describe it and so I had to do it to figure out how to write it.
