Last year when I visited sydney, I was speeding on certain day when I was using my friend's car. When I come back to China, My friend received a speeding ticket and he filled in my China information. I received a speeding ticket from Sydney in China. This year, I am visiting Sydney again, I haven't pay the ticket yet, will it prevent me from entering the country?

Collection of infraction revenue outside of Australia is not possible.
If it was a police matter of speeding and no warrant has been issued then the answer is no. But to be sure Fly in to Melbourne and bus to Sydney and definitely don't drive. Speeding is a State matter not a Commonwealth one

I don't think that it would stop you from entering but you may have to pay it before entering if they really care about it.

It may just sit idle until you are pulled over again.
