The best accomodation is a good tent while hiking the circuit around the mountains.
But for lodging, it would be the lodge near Grey's Glacier.

Well I was ther elast year and tenting is even sketchy because its not liek a national park in north america. Its not got campgrounds orr eally places to pull off the road. Its georgeous but very isolated. The closet town is puerto natales which is beutiful and full of hostals and such but its 3 hours away from the park. I do remember howevre that there was 1 hotel in tehpark on an island.. it was amazing and very beautiful sadly I never went I only drov by and I dont know the name. probobly if you googled it youd find soemthing. There is also an amazing restaurant located in teh park its quite fancy and very unique but also pricey other than that, your best bet is to stay in puerto natales and take soem of the tour offerd from the town they are in english and the one I took was very very good.. they take you up to the park and everything. have a great trip!

i do no longer think of it is amazingly a possibility. There are basically some cities in that component of the continent or maybe fewer roads. it is technically accessible, in case you have stable climate and don't techniques driving on airborne dirt and dirt roads lots of how. i comprehend there is not any public transportation different than boats and planes and it may take an truly truly long term to tension it.
