Does someone know how I can transfer a patch file from one pc to another?

I have to download a patch for a pc game I play at home. I do not have internet access at home. Can someone help me by telling me what I need to do to transfer the patch from this pc to my home pc.

Why don't you buy a memory stick? Those hold a lot of data and I saw one at Target the other day for $10.

Use some kind of removable media for data sharing. Memory sticks, CDs, Floppies all offer similar functionality
