testicles - called cryptorchidism (SP?) that is a genetic fault,, you will have to have him neutered - which will be more expensive that the normal procedure........ plaque on teeth means he was not properly cared for as a pup and the penis thing is quite normal... i hope you did not buy from a pet store or backyard breeder,,,, if you bought from a reputable breeder - call them , they will offer you refund or financial support

Could it be cause the dog has been neutered already? If not than you have a dog without descended testicles known as cryptorchidism. The breeder should have informed you since the dog is 6 1/2 months old.

I own 2 . at 6 months old his penis will come out, even younger if he wants it too. Mabye be has been fixed if you dont see his balls!!!!!! Just ask a vet, If you have a puppy that old and u have not taken it to a vet especially if u think it has a problem, shame on you and you really dont need pets if you are not going to take its health seriously.

My puppy showed his peenie at 8 wks. What a stud huh??

My other dog had some plaque before 6 mo. Some develop that more than others.

So I don't think those are hard and fast truths. Since I knew exactly when my boys were born.

If testicles not dropped still under 8 months of age, if concerned about the non driopping take to vet to ensure not retained as this can lead to testicular cancer.
Wouldnt worry though, he should be just fine, dont hurry him along too much, let him enjoy his puppylife.
