I dont think there is anything wrong with bare feet but read this and tell me if you think this is weird? Whenever I go to my mates he, his younger brother, and their parents all dont wear socks they just parade around the house in their bare feet.Also whenever his cousins come round they dont wear socks and they parade around in their bare feet. Is this weird? In my house we all wear socks.except for my mum who wears slippers.

I'm always barefooted in the house...can't relax properly otherwise! Good for your feet to get air to them rather than being cooped up all the time.

It isn't weird its just the family! I wear slippers, my daughter bare feet, my son socks, the dog bare feet and all the cats bare feet. I don't think we are weird!

I love bare feet! As soon as i get home it's shoes and socks off. Unless it's cold then i put my slippers on until my feet warm up then it's back to barefoot freedom heaven.

I'm bare foot as often as possoble.
best way to relax. I have a friend that is always (I mean ALWAYS) wearing socks and shoes, in the 5 years we've been friends I've seen him bare foot once (he was about to get into the pool) now to me that's wierd. I suppose it's just personal preference.

Well my hubby and 2 kids take their socks off immediatley after they take their shoes off as they all say socks bug them,they all have slippers which they sometimes wear and it really annoys me as I am constantly picking up little piles of socks left strewn around the house! yes I think its odd I love my socks.

yeah , but its not weird, it like a habit...in some countries ppl have the culture of wearing socks, usually areas like: london, france, canada...etc, but usually in warm countries like MIDDLE EAST , khaleej area and arabic people, bc the weather is soo hot and humidy most of the time they are not SO FAMILIAR with socks and covered shoes....;-) but neat and clean families the wear socks usually i think and it depends to blood pressure also, if u have a low blood pressure u feel like u wanna wear socks and keep ur feet warmer....

Like me I think your friends are letting their feet breath, which is certainly agood thing. Nothing weird about it whatever you feel comfortable with. What is worse is when having to remove your shoes by request when you visit someones house - I think that so rude. So just go with the flow of what you are comfortable with.

Not weird at all, lots of people prefer being barefoot. Others prefer socks, or like to keep their shoes on. Live and let live...
