Luck ? No. But they do make us more responsible for more than just ourselves.Given a chance, they teach us to slow down and think how we can give a little happiness to others by a simple act. And they are good therapy, proven to lower blood preasure (of course the exercise we get from walking them doesn't hurt) and they teach a little humility (picking up poop) All in all we get more from them than they get from us. And that does make us lucky

They bring unconditional love and acceptance, they bring joy and they lower our blood pressure. They teach us wonderful life lessons and help us reveal a more rewarding path in life. They bring with them so much more than just good luck! There's a wonderful book out right now written by John O'Hurley "It's okay to miss the bed on the first jump... and other life lessons I've learned from dogs"....he explains beautifully how dogs enrich our lives and what lessons they teach us. I highly recommend this book!

I don't believe in that but I do believe that a pet is good for your health, mine definetly provide stress relief. Some animals have been known to save their owners lives, but I think when it's not your time, a way will be made for you pet or not.

Yes!! Dogs are loaded with chi. That's happy energy in western terms.
They make you laugh.
They guard your home.
They watch over you and family.

yep lucky alright coz you've always got a friend who'll always agree with you. and they bring a sence of home and security to somone who lives on their own.
this is what i concider lucky, winning the lottery not lucky, more money-more problems can't buy loyalty

not sure about good luck. but they say if you have ghosts in your house you will always know because a dog can sence them.

No they don't. They dirty and smell up your house and reck your stuff. However, if you have alot a room for them to roam, they make good yard watchers.
