Get on the bike and push it!!! Take along plenty of water and maybe some Gator aid, a couple banana's as well. Nothing sobers you up quicker than burning up all that crap through physical exercises. Now, you may not feel real great but you will get sober... Good luck, been there done that!!

Dont' drink in the first place? The quickest way to get over alcohol consumption is by sleeping.... Coffee doesnt sober you up, water doestn sober you up, for every unit consumed you will need at least one hour to process the alcohol... Sorry no quick fix!

How much alcohol have you had to drink?

It takes 1 hour for every standard glass of alcohol you have to wear off.

If you are drunk, it will be best if you had a glass of water and slept it off.

If you are stubborn and insist on becoming a road statistic then I suggest you take a helmut with you when you go riding and have the ambulance follow you, just in case.

cheese soaks up the residue alcohol in your stomach and then eats lots of oranges or drink a load of orange juice, replace the vitamin c that you have destroyed. I find cold coke is far better than coffee as the bubbles get into your bloodstream quickly and give you that buzz again, bit of a pick you up, but thats more for a hangover, like coffee.......

Your brain and body are going to be off no matter what. Take the advice of the people who said cancel, and don't drink before you ride. If you're of legal age the rules of the road apply and if you're still drunk you could be cited if stopped.

Worse case scenario you get hurt or hurt somebody because your reactions are off.

You CAN'T. Only time can sober you up. And if you're that drunk before going bike riding, it sounds like you're drunk in the middle of the day. Perhaps you should think about your drinking habits.

It takes about an hour for each oz. of alcohol to be detoxified through your liver. I not certain, but suppose you could reduce this time slighty my icreasing your heart rate and circulation (take a jog). Although I don't think the time reduction would be significant.

Exercise should sober you up some. More water and a run. Nothing else can really reverse the alcohol ahaha.

Once you start riding your bike you will soon sober up especially with it being cold.

Eat something and take a shower. Better to cancel though. You don't want to end up on the wrong side of the law.
