5th Ave & 11th St. is in Park Slope. I can't tell you anything about that exact corner but Park Slope is sort of a place for richer people now. It's not exactly affordable anymore. It's a place that yuppies with baby carriages are drawn to and it's extremely popular and still trendy. It was (and still is) a place that attracts hip 20-somethings but in the past few years it's become more of a place for 30+-somethings. I read an article once which about Williamsburg vs. Park Slope and it went on about how Williamsburg was still more about younger people, night life and the wannabe artsy crowd while Park Slope people considered themselves older, more educated, 'better off' financially and somewhat of a literary crowd. It's true to an extent. I know I probably could not afford an apartment in Park Slope at this point but I could have closer to 10 years ago.

Fifth Avenue in Brooklyn is a long street that goes through several neighborhoods - Park Slope, Sunset Park and Bay Ridge.
Fifth Avenue and 11th Street is in Park Slope, a great neighborhood. On Fifth and 11th, at 492 Fifth Avenue is the Park Slope Restaurant, a taco place, some 99 cent stores, a nail salon.. Here is some information about the neighborhood and rentals there which will give you an idea of the costs.

Fifth Avenue is for the more affluent people!
It is one of the most expensive streets in the world, on a par with Paris, London and Tokyo lease prices

Fifth Avenue is a major thoroughfare in the centre of the borough of Manhattan in New York City.
It runs through the heart of Midtown and along the eastern side of Central Park
Because of the expensive park-view real estate and historical mansions along its course, it is a symbol of wealthy New York.
Between 34th Street and 59th Street it is also one of the premier shopping streets in the world.

Could be anything. Water pump, any of the hoses, radiator, bad headgasket, worst case scenario cracked block or head. You can get dye to put in your cooling system. Just add it directly in to the radiator, run the car for a while, and shine a black light around you should be able to see where it is coming from.
