I love fruit, so I don't suffer much with that awful feeling. the best ones I find and usually get me going pretty regularly are oranges and tangerines, but I should imagine any fruit would do the trick. try fresh squeezed oranges, grapefruit or cranberry juice, failing that I find Andrews works quite well. for bad stomach I once had a try of bandy and port, it was lovely, I cant remember if it cured me or I was just so merry that I forgot I was feeling bloated!

I have lived with this problem for years and the best thing is Senokot and their website. I use the sena based pills which are a natural remedy but others use the fibre gel. Go to senokot.com and read the advice given on constipation and digestive discomfort.

Try not to eat anything acidic like lemons or oranges etc. Ginger, a pepperment and plain sugar can help releive a bloated stomach.
Exercise can also help release some of that built up gas :P

Would not really want to recommend anything caus you may have a food intolerance.Me and my sister both suffer from your condition and whilst a glass of warm milk works for her it does the complete opposite for me and vice versa for peppermint tea.So pop down to your nearest health shop,or go online, where you can get a whole load of natural remedies for your condition.

Fibregel from chemist is good. It keeps you regular and helps with Irritable bowel (IBS). You may need to look at your diet as I found that too much white bread and pasta can cause this. Sorry do not know of anything you may have in cupboard
