This is kinda a toughy.
You need support. Look to family and close friends to help you through such a rough time. You need to learn to accept your loss and realize that you need to move on. Moving on with your own life doesnt mean the life you had with this other person didnt mean anything. Cry when you feel like crying. Scream if you feel like it. Dont hold any feelings in.

I am so sorry about your loss.
You might feel better about things over time, but don't be ashamed to grieve in the way that makes sense to you. Also, there are support groups and counseling that can help you through the process. I recently got a book called "Tear Soup", which is all about grieving, and I'd like to recommend it to you.
