by eating two slices of low fat, high fibre bread for breakfast in the morning, a small can of tuna in water for lunch in the afternoon with some fruits and vegetables and fruits for dinner at night? And drink lots of water a day. (around 6-8 cups)
Please don't help me by suggesting diet pills, thanks!
Please answer me if you truly know the result and what to do, or if you are experienced.
Thanks!

Yes, this will help you lose that amount in 3 weeks. However, your diet is not really balanced. You should add a protein in the morning and evening....an egg, a glass of milk, cheese. Your morning meal is very important for getting you through to lunch. You can also space your foods out to make 6 mini-meals. How about oatmeal in the AM and lean chicken breast at dinner? You need this protein to avoid losing muscle tissue. Good luck.

Maybe just one slice in the morning with extra fruit make sure its whole wheat or oatmeal with a good sweetener . Tuna is good but not the canned high sodium kind it will just retain water and make you bloat, and when your craving something go get some lemons and squeeze to some water and sweetener to curb your cravings, green tea helps a lot too. Drink ice water 10-30 minutes after and before eating, never while your eating cause it dillutes the digesting acids in your system, ice water is proven to burn calories too. Eat poached or boiled egg whites, so you dont go low in protein, skim milk is good too. Be active as much as you can. Good luck =]

My doctor suggested eating cereal for a week as much as I wanted to lose at least 10lbs. That did work for me. My son is into fitness and he always suggests eating 5 meals a day which consisted of chicken breast (cutlets) and eating long grain wild rice as a filler or mixing with vegetables. For his liquids he's always used Crystal Light it is expensive but it doesnt have any sugars or carbs in it. Check your breads to see how many carbs and sugars they have you'd be surprised at the difference. Good luck

If you do that and keep relatively active, you should reach your goal, or come very close to it. I would recommend drinking lots more water though, aim for about 3l water a day. more if you possibly can. It will help you feel full, so you don't eat more, and get rid of all the toxins. Good luck!
