every individual should think himself that he is the best person on this earth. this not only elevate his moral and optimism but also will help the universal society at large to be of good peoples and the all sort of crimes which r taking place today should reduce as if one thinks he is the best person, he will not do the wrong things !!!! so SL:EF is the best person on the earth.

You would have to identify by what criteria you are defining "best", and that is too subjective for the purposes of logical inquiry. If, by "best", you mean "the most charitable", the answer will be different than if you mean "the most intelligent".

Hierarchy like that is silly. Every one has a different contribution to make. Most of us don't put much effort towards it though.
Just imagine what the world would be like if every individual did their best to be the best 'myself.'
