I want to do my masters as an 'international student'. My undergraduate is BSc. in Comp. Engg. For masters, I consider Electrical/Electronics/Compute... Engg. or Comp Science. Can you please help me determine which country should I prefer? considering:
1) Quality of degree/university, Job prospect
2) Immigration ease, If I plan to settle there after studies finding a job.
3) World market value of the degree, if I plan to work in some other countries.
4) Scholarship opportunities *

I am really in a fix deciding , pls help :)

Well, the US has loads of scholarships, but the UK is quicker and cheaper if you don't get one.

1) Quality of degree. Of course, MIT is top in that field, and that's in the USA. There are a few good ones in the US (they are expensive). When you go mid range though, it matters less.

2) If you're good enough to get a scholarship in that field, and you're at a top school, I'd say they're all about the same. It really depends on which country you're coming from though (for European Union, UK is easier. If you're Chinese, probably Canada.)

3) USA has the highest world market for degrees in that field.

4) It's cheaper and quicker in the UK, and Eastern Europeans can get some "home" scholarships. The USA has more charitable institutions though, some to encourage friendship between two countries.

But I don't know much about Australia.
