Do you think the prophets could predict the future?Does anyone know what they predicted?

Yes many prophets wrote scripture and there are many many prophesies int he bible and I think the greatest were the coming of the Messiah ....yes prophets foretell the future and they are all written in the Bible and many are fulfilled and some are yet to come.

The prophesies in the Bible were indeed written before they happened. It's not that the prophets could forsee the future on their own, but God revealed what would take place in the future, and the prophets, inspired by the Holy Spirit, wrote it down.

The Bible was a book of God, written by God and revelaed to His prophet. People changed it for various reasons.

Nobody predicted anything. I'm not sure what your talking about. Maybe Revelation. John, I believe, was shown the end of the world.

They predicted that a savior would be born. There are TONS of prophacy's statign that Jesus would return.
And Jesus did come and fulfill every single one of those prophocy's! He came and died for the world that who ever would believe in him would not perish but have everlasting life!

every prophet predicted there was going to be a new god. the jean dixons of their time. to blankly say ALL they predicted came true is streching it a bit

They predicted the coming of Jesus Christ and He came.
