Hello Naji H! Learn the Englishman?

Ça vient avec la pratique…Je pratique depuis quarante ans et je ne suis pas sûre de le connaître à fond. Mais tant qu’à faire il est meilleur mari que les Frenchmen de ma connaissance. Pour commencer, il n’a pas de maîtresse. Et il n'est pas radin (mean). Vous voulez faire connaissance?

"learn the Englishman" - well that is quite a challenge. English women have been trying to "learn the Englishman" for over a thousand years without success. Mind you a French lady might have more luck - but I should warn you that we don't come with an instruction manual!

"The mean english"?? Ca veut dire: Les Anglais Méchants!
Maybe you mean the average (moyen) English person.
Or did you translate saying "apprendre l'anglais" and it gave you "learn the Englishman"??

It is quite hard to learn English without hearing and reading it.. look at websites on learning english - I think the BBC even has a few useful phrases for people who want to learn a few small things.

C'est difficile d'apprendre l'anglais sans écouter ou lire la langue. Essayez de regarder des sites d'Internet sur le sujet d'apprendre l'anglais - je crois que le BBC (bbc.co.uk) a quelques phrases utiles pour les gens qui veulent apprendre quelques petits choses faciles.

DO you mean you wish to learn English or do you mean you would like to know about Englishmen? There is one whole big difference.
