I'm working at a time when I don't even have the time to go to a gym. The only off day I have is on Sunday but that is catching up with my family needs. And I don't want to go to those slimming centres. Been trying to lose wight by eating healthy but it does not work. Any light exercise routine I can do anywhere, anytime?

Sometimes doing the whole 'eating healthy' things is quite scary, and it becomes more of a chore than enjoying your meal. Here are a few alterations I have made to my diet that have helped me to successfully and safely loose weight.
- I avoid bread. And if I do eat it, eat it before 3pm. I still have a pasta meal atleast once a week though
- Drink diet lemonades, or replace them with water. Try to cut right back on coffee and tea
- Try to avoid fatty foods
- Make sure you eat breakfast! Breakfast is very important!
- Limit the amount of sugary foods you eat
- Go for a walk atleast 3 times a week

I have lost 20 kilos in about a year to a year and a half. It's not the quickest way, but it is safe and healthy. Good luck!

Try below simple tips:
1. Eat 5-6 small meals every 3 hours or so rather than 3 big meals per day.
2. Drink lots of water throughout the day - as thirst is commonly mistaken as hunger
3. Swap your coffees to green tea
4. Try to do walking as much as possible, e.g. walk to the shops instead of driving, walk to work instead of catching a bus
5. Do more house chores - an average busy housewife takes around 30,000 steps per day. You will be healthier and your house will be even more sparkling clean!

This is predictable but I have to say walking.Walking is the easiest exercise that can be done just about anywhere, parking at a distance from where you're going and walking a total of at least 30-45 mins/ day can have a really noticeable effect on you.

well, i think i have the same problem, i used to go to gym regularly, but ever since i started working, i didnt have that much time. I know a goodway for a work free diet, but you need some sacrifice. Try the South Beach Diet, you'll be surprised how much weight youll lose even without exercise. =)
