Do you mean "Indians" from India or "Indians" as in Native Americans. I have actually never seen either group over do things. I am assuming this is some sort of joke.

Interesting Question!
I think Indians are raised in a world where things are always overdone, but assumed to be normal - OVERfried ,OVERspicy food, OVERloud talk, OVERexcited and impatient folks, OVERdramatic movies and actors, OVERimportance to academics (sports not taken seriously)....and the list goes on...!

It is also part of our culture to do our duty to the best of our ability.
