Tea, Coffee has a lot of caffeine in it, which can have several effects on your body. If you're not use to drinking coffee, I'd stick with the tea. Think about this... which have the Chinese, and English been drinking for longer? There must be a reason they're still doing it over coffee.

Good question! I actually like both. Coffee has a much more bitter robust taste too it and packs a more caffeinated punch but tea comes in a wider variety of flavors. One of my favorite black teas I've ever had was a hot raspberry tea. Also you should consider green tea! Green tea will actually give you more natural energy meaning none of gittery feeling you get when you drink too much coffee and if you drink it with no sugar you actually are burning calories!

Tea, definitely. Tea contains anti oxidants and has less caffeine than coffee. Tea is the juice essence of dried flowers, fruit or leaves (vegetable)

All coffee does is pollute your system, dehydrate you, and deplete your system of calcium. In addition, the acids in coffee have also been shown to cause some people to gain weight if they are drinking more than one cup per day.

Coffee is actually the juice of a burnt fruit seed, or cooked fruit seed known as the coffee bean (which is actually a fruit)

It is a matter of personal taste.Tea has more outlets in India and has been integrated into our system well. Tea has also become a part of our culture. Like we say Chai ka dhabba or chai ki tapree. well coffee is still considered to be elite class drink and therefore not consumed by the masses. Hence, in India tea will always fare well in the popularity vote

Comparatively tea is better than coffee, because the one reason I know is if you drink coffee everyday it will produce sour water and it will create inconvenience, for that you have to take medicines. One more thing is by taking coffee, our tongue will become somewhat rough.
