My little girl has just started ballet,and although i have ordered her ballet and tap shoes from her dance class,i just wondered if anyone knew of any shops which sell ballet clothes,so i can compare prices to the dance class prices.Ive tried woolies and adams with no luck.

i don't think i've ever seen a dance shop chain, there's a few shops local to me but we're probably miles away from each other! have you tried online shops? ebay has lots on but you're probably best with somewhere you can send it back to if it doesn't fit!
check your yellow pages for dance shops or froogle the items you're after, if you haven't used it before, you can list them so the cheapest item comes up first x

try this little store in basingstoke. staff are wonderfully helpful and i really dont think prices are that bad at all.
