atheistic earth religions?
that is, celebrate festivals honoring the Earth, without literal belief in any deities or magic?
If so, I'd like to know more about such practices. Thanks in advance

Many eastern religions do that, honor the Earth, life and peace without any belief in deities or magic. Budhism, Taoism and Confucianism are good examples. Look to India and China. Such religions are all about how to live a peaceful, harmonious life; prevent harming yourself, others, and the planet, balance, moderation etc. And unlike other religions, who believe in a deity with 'mystic powers' ie, Jesus, you will actually find practitioners of such religions doing themselves really amazing things such as withstanding great heat, being able to sit still for long peroids contently, and you'll find slim slight taichi practitioners break brick walls with only a light tap. Also, such religions do not require you to DO anything consciously(ie avoid sin) but rather apply simple philosophies to your daily life. To clear up any confusion, the religions I mentioned are usually NAMED after the founder, not 'The magical superman' as in Christianity's case. Buddha, aka Siddartha was indeed a mere mortal, no super powers.

The answers you seek you will not find here. That is something you need to figure out for yourself. Sounds to me like you are looking for information on an individuals spirituality, we come by that on our own. If you want some ideas on holidays that honor the earth check the links below. There is nothing wrong with adjusting these ideas to fit your beliefs. Around my Samhian table this year there were Celt's, Wiccan's, Lakota, agnostic's, and few still in the realm of discovery. All pagan but all different.

Remember, your spirituality is yours alone, you form it by following your instincts on what is right for you.
