Manifestations of God have come to every people in the world at one time or another. Religion is not confined to one region of the world, nor, in reality to one planet. There are also Manifestations of God on distant planets and everywhere throughout the universe.
This process of progressive revelation has had no beginning and can have no end, so people more than 2,000 years ago also had access to spiritual development and salvation.

In ancient Judaism and Christianity, it was a well accepted doctrine that all human beings had access to God. For centuries the Jews did not even attempt to convert others. Judaism, in particular, was thought to be a 'higher calling,' so to speak - similar to modern monasticism. Paul insisted that all human beings were capable of knowing God, comprehending his power and divinity, and following his law. He insisted that the law of God was written on the hearts of all human beings, and that the conscience was the criteria for who would be rewarded on the day of judgment. He also maintained that there was only one God, and that He was the God of both Jews and non-Jews. He recognized the Greek Zeus as the same God worshiped by Christians and Jews (when he addressed the Philosophers of Athens), his only criticism being that the Greeks were "too superstitious."

Something interesting many do not know, when Christ walked the Earth he was Only trying to save the Israelites. He himself even said he was sent only unto the flock of Israel. It was with his death that the gentiles, every one who was not Jewish was to be saved. Until Christ's death only Jewish people could go to heaven because they were the only ones to worship God. Their sins were forgiven by sacrificing a lamb to God. Jesus died so others could go to heaven and was the last sacrifice, the lamb of God.
Anyway the answer I believe is that God has allot of concern for the mid east because they are the first to worship and obey his word but remember...
God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son so that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16)

no, while the people of the world are important to God. There is no evidence that there were other prophets in other lands.
Those people in other lands did not worship the one true God. They looked to the sun, fertility Gods, even blood for there spirituality.
What I have a problem, with after looking at the list of questions and answers you post, is that you like to incite people.
I find you lack any spirituality.

the messages of Christianity & Judaism were for certain people, but Islam's message was for the whole world. it's true that all these messages came from the middle east. but that doesn't mean that these people are god's chosen people.

Er.
By "God" I guess you mean the God of the Hebrews, the tribal God of those people.
Nowhere in their source document for their religion does it say that this is the God of all people, just those people that that God laid claim to and made a contract with.
So. Other places have other Gods.
Deal with it.

God hasn't left people without hope.
We think we know exactly how things are gonna unfold on judgement day. Jesus has told us to expect a few surprises.
To God, each individual is a precious, wonderful and sacred entity. He knows exactly what he has in mind when he created them.
He has indicated we are not judged by what we don't know but by what we know.
I wouldn't get too hung up on these huge questions.
Get to know Jesus and you will get to trust him with every dilemma.... without knowing all the answers.

because the Bible became written through adult adult males, worry-free popular adult adult males, who only wrote about the international and cases they knew. it is why there is not any factor out of Asia, North u.s. , South u.s. , Australia or sub saharan Africa., those places were unknown to the adult adult males that wrote the Bible.
