Oh my God yes! *drool* Just make it up with the bones, shells, everything, just like you normally make stock with celery, carrot, onion, garlic, peppercorns, and bayleaves.
So good! I do this all the time with crab, and I was lucky enough to have lobster and instead of crab chowder I made a mixed crab/lobster one. So delicious!

If ite fresh ,yes.Lobster Bisque is stock,spices and cream.

you cant fish a stock only a lobster stock
