Hello, I saw your question and wanted to give you some assistance. It's good to concerned about your weight but you really need to realize that 14kg is a lot! So the first step is to set your goal where you can reach it! I think about 5kg the first month would be a much more reasonable goal and then if you end up losing more than that you will feel even better.

The most important things are proper diet and exercise. First I will address exercise. Since you are 15 I think you should get involved in your school sports. Pick the one that most interests you and stick with it. The easiest would be track. Don't pay attention to what anyone tells you. You are there for your own reasons and your own goals. If you don't want to join school sports then you have to be more disciplined and make a work out regiment. You need to start running and doing aerobic exercises. Start keeping a diary or journal of how far you can run each day on the treadmill and how long it takes you. Try to slowly increase your distance.

The proper diet is very important. First thing is no Soda, no Candy, nothing that is high in sugar or fat content. No fried foods. When you are thirsty drink water, or green tea with no sugar, juice sometimes is OK. Eat lots of vegetables and salads; you need to realize what sauces or dressings you are putting on your vegetables though! Most of the sauces and dressing are loaded with fat and high in calories you don't want those. Eat your meat and protein but cut the little bits of fat off. You need your grains and breads but try to limit them from what you used to be eating. Keeping a diary of what you eat and the calories you consume per a day would be very helpful too!

Lastly, keep a good outlook and keep your eye on your end goal and remember if you put your mind to it you can do it!

Your goals are impossible I'm afraid. To lose 14 kilos in 1 month you would have to lose nearly half a kilo a day. You might just managed it if you were training as a navy seal but other than that I don't think so. Also 60kilos is ridiculously light for you height. Instead of looking for a quick fix look for a long term, permenant solution to your problem. The most effective method in my opinion is to join weight watchers. There you will get the information and support you need to make a real difference in you life and get your eating habits, and your weight, under control forever.

Good luck

Will, tell you what... The only solution to this human problem/desire :-) is involving youself in a lot of physical activity. May be, even swop your floors at home or run with your pet... Of course drink a lot juice and eat a lot of fruits.

Try eliminating all animal products (beef, pork, fish, poultry, milk, cheese, all dairy products) from your diet and get your protein from vegetable sources such as tofu and beans (legumes). It worked for me.
