Haha. It's ok to ve a boyfriend at any age; however there are a few conditions to tht in my opinion. Firstly, make sure the guy u choose is a good boy. Who is decent, caring, trustworthy and understanding. Secondly, make sure ur parents knw about it, as they will be able to tell u if ur going on the right or wrong path. After all, they are more experienced than u r, isnt it? Thirdly and lastly, if ur relationship starts turning in a diff direction, as in, to the bedroom, then, thts the end of it!!!

That all depends on who he is and what your parents think. If he is a nice boy in your own grade, then yes, I think it's okay, if your parents agree.
Listening to your parents is hard because they often disagree with you, but if they have some cause to disapprove, then you must do what they say. They may know something about the boy or his family that you don't, or he might be an inappropriate age for you and they might be worried about your safety. If they do not allow you to date, have an honest conversation with them about why and see if you can work out compromises, like bringing him over to your house to hang out or only going on group dates.
Whatever you do, don't sneak around. Your parents will find out one way or another and it will be much worse for you then. And don't have sex at this age: you have so many to enjoy that part of life. Have fun holding hands and kissing for right now, until you are completely able to handle the consequences of sex.

Yes, I believe it is okay. Just please don't have sex. I have a friend that got pregnant when she was 14 and had a baby, and it is really tough for her.
Also, don't expect much at this age. Chances are likely that you won't be getting married to this person, so don't count on it. Date for fun, and if you find someone special, great!

It is OK to go to the movies and talk on the phone and hold hand... maybe even sneak a kiss once in a while. If that is what you mean by boyfriend, then yes... it is OK.
It is not OK be be sexually active at your age... please wait.
If you don't then practice safe sex! You don't want to ruin your life!
