It looks bad, you haven't mentioned cash flow. I understood the part about
floor space, lease payments, utility bills and the shop having a name plus
tax stickers etc. You even have a business plan of rudimentary sorts -- an idea to attract customers. How many purchases per hour of operation does this look like? I mean, will it cover the cost of fire and accident insurance?
Have you bounced this business plan off a government Small Business Administration volunteer yet? Off a potential investor or LENDER?
You do know that most properties require a business plan before they will lease business property -- right?
If you had asked: What are the chances of my... instead of What chance my....
I might say 1 in a million, but I can't go for that now.

about plilosophy? no ty dude. you want a business where people can come down and talk bout what ever the heck they want. maybe soem good music in the background, but dont have really open plan cafe, have it nice and cosy with sofas, and pillows, and maybe a couple desks and chairs
