I' wore tight jeans into the tattoo parlor and out of it after every single one of my tatts.
Of course, NONE of my tattoos are on my a$s or below the beltline, and I generally dont wear tight pants on my arms or neck.
Seriously, though? The best person to ask EVERY question about tattoos is the person tattooing you. I would think i would not want really tight/restrictive pants on for a day or two.
If its a pain and discomfort thing, its gonna be more or less depending on how many you've gotten, and what your pain tolerance is.

After getting your tattoo, keep plenty of Lubriderm lotion on it, the one without fragrance. Put those tight jeans on whenever you feel comfortable. Do not expose to too much sunlight. the important thing is to keep the tattoo from drying out, keep it moisturized.
*Remember, a tattoo is a colored scar, the ink will not smear like on paper or run together that is why the outline hurts the most; it is deeper than the color in the tattoo too keep it from running.

wait until it has stopped scabbing and has completely healed. i had one on my hip/stomach area too, and i just wore my pants really low for a while. it's usually about 1 1/2 weeks.
don't use neosporin on it!!! only use an unscented, oil-free moisturizer. anything else can mess it up. especially neosporin.

as long as it doesn't hurt to wear them or rub off your scabs you should be fine after the initial week.
