Is there such type of glasses that I could wear while Im on my computer, to avoid my eyes hurting, even though I dont wear them?!
lol, sorry if thats a bit confusing! I dont wear glasses. But wanted to know if wearing a pair of glasses, with, say, only a small amount of magnification would stop my eyes from hurting when on the computer.

Or, just would occasionally wearing glasses with a small amout of magnification ever hurt, or be bad for your eyes?

anything that you could think of will be greatly appreciated! so thank-you so much! :)

How long has it been since you had your eyes checked? You may find that you might benefit from some minor correction. My sight is 20-25, 20-30 not bad I get by without glasses alot of the time, but when I wear them things are just a little clearer, especially for reading.

I had glassed made that were bifocals set with lower lens for normal reading and the upper lens for PC reading. They are great for working in the office when managing paper work and PC work.

Glass with any power should be worn only after proper check-up and under specialist doc's advice&prescription! But the special glass for computer use, for protection of eyes is somewhat common, and is recommended by many knowledgeable people!

You don't have to wear glasses, if your eye sight is perfect. You need to put a screen over the monitor that would cut the glare. The work wonders for your eyes.
