Not only does it taste wonderful, ingesting chocolate also triggers all thirteen of your brain's pleasure centers simultaneously ... so it also makes us feel good.

Well first of all I'd like to set the record straight for those who are less eloquent on here. Chocolate doesn't taste good, it's actually very bitter an unpalatable by it'self. It's a combination of what we add to it that makes it tastes good (butter fat, milk, sugar, cream, etc...)
We eat chocolate mixed with these ingredients because it tastes very good. It also has a proven drug effect to stimulate endorphins and pleasure centers in the brain. Most people don't eat it for it's anti-depressant effects. Most people dont even know it has these effects. Combined with sugar chocoloate, to some, may not be all that stimulating in the scientific sense, cause processed sugar is stimulant /crash depressant.

yeah, it does taste good, contains stuff that make us feel better, you can do a thousand recipes with it, it can be sweet, bitter..its great!
