Oh baby, you poor thing!! Losing your balance is due to the fact that you aren't eating enough, same goes for the blackouts and dizziness when you stand up too quickly. Pale skin is due to lack of iron in your diet. Best iron sources are pork, beef, liver, red meat, dried peaches, egg yolks, oysters, nuts, beans, asparagus, molasses, oatmeal. Total exhaustion is caused by basically total neglect of your body's food needs!! Either that or you're going out late and partying hard. I don't think you're doing that, you sound too nice.... :) It's a deficiency in zinc, carbs, protein, Vitamin A, Vitamin B complex, Iron, Iodine, Vitamin C, Vitamin D.................... Bored yet????? Naughty girl!!! For zinc eat vegies, whole grain products, wheat bran, wheat germ, pumpkin and sunflower seeds (also eat these for white spots under your nails - zinc deficienty). For carbohydrates - not rocket science hey!! Try bread, pasta, cereals, potatoes, energy foods. For Protein eat lean meats, fish, eggs, dairy products, soybeans, peanuts. With Vitamin A eat fish, liver, egg yolks, butter, cream, greenleafy or yellow vegies. Vitamin B complex - get a good multivitamin supplement. PABA- Eat beans, raisins, cantaloupe. Iron - eat wheat germ, soybean flour, beef, kidney, liver, beans, clams, peaches and molasses. With Iodineeat seafoods, dairy products and kelp. Vitamin C - Citrus fruits, tomatoes, potatoes, cabbage, green peppers. Vitamin D - Fish liver oils, butter, egg yolks, liver and sunshine.

Hair loss??? You need a vitamin supplement that has Biotin, Inositol, Chlorine. Go to the chemist and get a good hair, skin and nails supplement.

Sweetie, it really does sound like you totally aren't eating anything but expecting your body to still perform. We only get one chance at this life, try and make your body a nice place to live hey?? Afterall, you're the only one who has to live there. Go and see a reputable Nutritionist if my babble is too much for you. Please take better care of yourself. I'm sure you haven't listed all of your symptoms for fear of reprisal (everyone yelling at you)?? If you are deficient in the B vitamin complex, namely B2 (riboflavin) you've probably also got a really sore tongue, cracked lips, grainy and sandy feeling eyes and cracked skin around your fingernails?? Get with it girl, at the very least get those multi B vitamins into you.........

Oops, nearly forgot, for sleep problems, try a couple of fish oil tablets and a calcium tablet before bed. That should help tremendously.

PEACE & LOVE & ALL THAT

I read a load of books in this area because I had all of those symptoms. Try lots of fresh fruit and vegtables and regular exercise. The vegtables will work in a couple of days and the exercise will allways be getting better but can take a while before we're really fit.

The blackouts are possibly slightly low blood pressure. I used to get them. Everyhting goes totally black, yes? Yup, that was low bp when I had it.

It almost certainly will *not* stop you conceiving. And the doc wasn't even worried about my low bp. And maybe eat a bit of meat for stamina.

Is this your opinion or a MD? If you saw a Doctor he should have gave you test to figure out what you need. And that many symptoms mean more that one vitimin. If you have not you need to see a doctor because it may be something other than a vitamin. With that many symptoms you would have to not be eating anything. Coffee will not create all those problelms you have something wrong with you other than vitimin.
