The Devil is the personification of evilness, which we know is strictly spirit (evil energy), and any individual whether male or female who allows themselves to be motivated by evilness, and then concretize that evilness is the Devil. This is one reason The Honorable Elijah Muhammad could claim, "The white man is the Devil".

Logically: Neither because the devil doesn't exist.

Religion: It's the woman. Always the woman.

First off let me make this perfectly clear the devil is a fantasy. Every living creature is sexed. If the devil did exist He would have to be a living creature therefore I would assume he would have to have a sex just as he does in South Park. And he would be homosexual of course that's why God detests them so much. He's going to send them all down there for the devil to play with.

Lucifer was the most beautiful angel in Heaven, that God created. He was male because God created Angels all at once, there was no need for procreation, thus there was no need for female Angels. This is also why the Giants/Fallen Angels, in Genesis had relations/sex with the daughters of man/mortal women. The male angels had genitalia as do people, but there was no need to use it. However, the fallen angels, being in a state of sin, had sex with the human women since there were no females angels for them to do so with. This created the race of the Nephilium, both male and female. They were part human and part angel, in Greek Mythology they called them gods. Zues, Apherdite, etc. The Giants/Fallen Angels were cast into the Abyss, the Nephilium/offpring of the Giants/Human women, were killed in the great flood of Noe's time.

Gotta be female. God is male and the devil is his opposite number. It makes sense because women are so very much more cruel than men.

Devil does not exist.
Ignorance is evil, wisdom is angelic. And the fear of God is the source of wisdom. The mature humanity under the divine guidance of the One True God will remove all evils.
