can i just say, please ignore most of the other suggestions as your film star will most likely meet an awful demise, but you could just hold a treat near his mouth and film him as he opens up to eat? you could edit your fingers/ treat out later

Make your hamster chew gum!,....or choke on it,.....
or throw it the micro-wave for a minute or so!
Super-glue a tooth pick to its lower jaw, and use the hamster like a evil zombie puppet!!!!
