I bought this new dvd just a day or two ago. It's a series and one of the cds aren't working when i tried to watch it in my laptop but the others work fine. I looked at it carefully and there are scratches on it but it doesn't look too deep.. is there anyway to fix it? how? or should i just go back and return it... will they give me a new dvd?

try returning it... if not I highly suggest the Discdoctor product...it can fix an amazing number of problems with scratched up CDs/DvDs....and no I'm not a paid advertiser that thing has saved at least 7 CDs/DVDs for me that I would've had to replace....
