Since it is not human being it cannot speak. Every living thing created by god is been made according to its body parts

it is the way that they communicate, if you know your cat very well then you will be able to judge what they want when they are meowing at you. It is the most adorable thing and amazing really that they are able to do all these different sounds.

that's how cats communicate with us. they're like babys they can't talk exactly.see we say o the babys talking even tho its just makin silly sounds its the same w/a cat.it meows wen it needs attention, food, its nessecaties.even w/things they dislike.wen they're scared,one of those tht doesnt like to take baths,ect....

because if it went "woof" it would be a dog and if went "peep" it would be a bird so it goes "meow" to make sure you know its a cat!.
