MY PROBLEM IS THAT I M AFRAID OF GETTING DIRTY.AFTER SHAKING HANDS WITH ANYBODY, I WASH MY HANDS WITH A SOAP.AFTER GOING HOME FROM OFFICE, I TAKE BATH FOR AN HOUR.I AM AFRAID WHEN I M TALKING TO ANYBODY THAT HIS SPIT MAY COME ON MY FACE.I M SCARED OF USING PUBLIC TOILETS, PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION, PUBLIC UTILITIES.ALL THESE THOUGHTS COME AGAIN AND AGAIN IN MY MIND AND I M NOT ABLE TO CONCENTRATE ON MY WORK.
PLEASE HELP ME TO GET WELL AND THINK LIKE A NORMAL PERSON

This is one of the most common Obsessive-Compulsive disorders. If you really are serious about changing, a psychiatrist may be able to help after you discover why you have these compulsions. Many people recover from this disorder every year.

Lol a bit freaky,
Public toilets: Dont sit on the loo my mum says that lol never ever sit on the lo in public loos.
Transport: Ummm i dono.....Look out of the window so no one can breath on ya lol i dono?!
Like when you talk to people don't get to close spits cant fly to far lol
Don't really eat with people infront of you there is a 60% chance they will spit in ya food. while talking
Yh thats what i do wash my hands after coming home so i dont have germs in the house at least
and have a shower like a normal bath morning and evening

the only thing i can suggeste is that you seek professional help as soon as possible you sound like you have O C D you can control this with therapy and medication but seek someone in the medical profession who knows about obsession compulsive dissorder everybody should wash there hands especialy in this cold and flu season but you sound a little bit on the o c d side good luck sincerely lorie

Gets some pots and a bag of dirt..Plant some flowers. Also you need to go to a Spa. And take a mud bath,there is nothing wrong with getting down and getting Dirty..... OK.

ITRY007 is absolutely correct. This is the condition that beleagured Howard Hughes. His last years were isolated and miserable.

Seek help. My wife has OCD and it is controllable, but it won't happen overnight.

There is nothing wrong with seeing someone who will help you to take these thoughts away from you mind.
Do not fight them relax and seek professional help.

OCD, I have it you probably do too. It's treatable. Talk to your doc.
