Is LSTR in dentistry done in the US or ther countries aside form Japan and Philippines?

I did a search for "LSTR DENTAL" and found over 500 references. Some that I can identify from the link appear to be Japanese, Filipino or Thai, but I see other references from other countries, including the USA. I can't say that I am familiar with the technique, so I guess it's not widespread in the USA.
