I love my BF. we have a lot of fun together. I'm upset b/c his finances are not up to par. I'ts not that he can't work, he can get good paying jobs, but right now he's going to school full time and the schedule is too hectic to have a job. We havent went out one time since we've been together...3 months. I'm always the one paying for things.....It didnt use to be this way when I first met him. He had a job and he would pay for me. I told him we should separate until he's stable but we ended up talking about the situation and we never broke up. He aske for money to help him out here and there and I get upset b/c I feel like he's mooching....I feel bad b/c that's my man and I care for him but ..he needs a job so we can go out and do more. I want to be w/ this man. what do I do?

I can understand you not wanting him to mooch off of you, thats easy say no when he asks for money. But the part about demanding he take you out when hes trying to get an education seems like your not being morally supportive of him. If you care enough about him you will stop being so demanding.

Dont give him money though its too easy for him to fall into the habit of asking.

I have dated guys like this and I would run if I were you. While it is OK to pay once in awhile this guys sounds like he wants you to support him. It is good that he is going to school but he also needs to make some money you shouldn't have to pay for everything. if it were me I would find someone that had a job and wined and dined me. This is what dating is all about, going out and having fun.

Didn't like the responses from your last question huh? I'm sorry but my opinion hasn't changed - you are placing too much importance on money. Why can YOU take him out? You can still go out to places, that don't require money - of course, if you're expecting five star restaurants or something, then maybe your bf would be better off without YOU

You've only been together for 3 months. It's not like you two have established a relationship yet. Go ahead and break up if you don't want to be with him.
