It's a trick question! Despite its name, the woodchuck does not chuck wood. The name is derived from an attempt to pronounce the Algonquin word for it, "wuchak." The woodchuck, also known as a groundhog or whistle pig, is best known for digging holes and investigating the existential status of its shadow.
The answer is that, regardless of the light and sound conditions, you would neither see nor year the woodchuck chucking ANY wood since woodchucks can't chuck wood, so it's a moot point unless you want to ask how much wood a woodchuck would chuck if a tree fell in the woods at the speed of light with it's headlights on and no one was around to hear it and a woodchuck could chuck wood.

A woodchuck would chuck faster than the speed of light, if a woodchuck would chuck wood, before the tree fell in the woods, so it would make no sound. Then no one would hear the tree fall, because a woodchuck would have chucked all of the wood of the tree that fell in the woods if a tree would fall in the woods at the speed of light!
