10 and 20 Paise - Yes

All three are worth far more than face value as scrap metal. According to the Reserve Bank of India web site (see link below), 10 and 20 paise coins can still be obtained and redeemed at branches of the bank

yes,5 paise, 10 paise, 20 paise coins are valid today but they are not in use nowadays.
