I talked to a guy once named "Chance" and it ended badly. So, that name doesn't do anything for me. Also, it sounds like a name from hippies or the soap operas--Thorn, Ridge, Blake, River, Chance.

well i like the name....for any guy...for a bf if anything ever went wrong ur friends could always say..."well u were taking a "chance"" hahaha which is sorta i told u so situation....plus i worked with a chance a couple of years ago...i actually went to prom with him hahaha...yea it sucked it was awkward but then we just went as friends...i actually wanted more but whatever...so yea chance i think is a good name hahah

Reminds me of a guy I went to high school with. Nothing more, nothing less.
I don't decide to date or not to date a guy based on his name; that's dumb. I wouldn't worry about what people think of your name. If you really hate it or something, you can change it once your 18.

Personally, I like the name. It makes me think of that movie, Homeward Bound...with the dogs in it. That one dog thats kinda ugly is named Chance.

i personally dont like that name...i like more different names that are less common, even tho chance isnt really a common name. it reminds me of that one dog movie with the dog named chance.

My ex's name is Chance. I like the name. It's different.
Oh, and my mom likes to sing the song "Take a chance on meeee."
(Ya know... the song by Abba.)
She found it quite appropriate. :P

I like it ,it's a cool name, different, and simple. At least when your girlfriend talks to her friends about you they'll know exactly who she is talking about rather then them asking her which David or which Doug.
