so this guy has said he really liked me.. but one of his best friends (who is a really good friend to me now too) tonight told me that he likes some new ugly chick.. for like 3 weeks now i found out. and my guy, Josh, seemed to not even care. and he had been leading me on for that long.. i don't even know if he would have told me himself. and so anyways, his reason was that he thought i was too good for him and he said it was hard for him to date someone he thought was smarter and better-looking.. and i am not. at all. he said he thought other guys were always looking at me and he hated being so jealous. and that is the stupidest thing i have ever heard.. because no other guys look at me, seriously.. and why would that matter so much when HE was the only guy that i saw through MY eyes anyways. so his last ex-gf who was really pretty cheated on him, so does his messed up head just now associate all girls he thinks are pretty that they will cheat on him. or What the heck does that mean?!

my question is why did he just give up on me just because he thought i was too pretty for him.... he didn't even talk it out with me or anything. is it because of what his past girlfriend did.. so he needs to feel the most cute and such in the relationship or whatever so that he can have that power or what.. it just doesn't make sense. because don't most guys want hott smart girlfriends..? and if he thought that.. and then he goes out and finds himself some ugly girl just because she's not as cute to him. what the frick? i just would like someone to explain why a guy would think this way and do this?

and by the way i am not high maintenance at all.. i have never had a boyfriend before even.. and i have not even been on very many dates at all. i don't concentrate on the beauty at all, because i personally know that there are a lot more pretty girls than me.. and i mean a lot.

Why do we constantly allow guys to depict the way we feel or behave.
I'm sure most of us feel that we are independent self-reliant women yet when a guy doesn't call, we feel like ****. Suddenly we are no longer confident. Does he not like me anymore? Like wat the ****. I need to get off that hook. I need to think that i can move on. I know i can but i need time. After that i want no more emotional attachments cos they eventually hurt u. But i know no matter how much u tell urself to keep things simple..it becomes complicated.
Sch is ******* stressful with mid-terms on their way and project deadlines approaching like a looming dark cloud. Life has never been this stressful and boring. It's a routine. Sch-project meeting-home. But i dun think i can handle any distraction. It'll be too hectic. But my darlings..u can come and disturb me anytime. I appreciate the asking of my well being and concern from u people. It really helps.
I just want to make sure i never fall into the trap again. No matter how shitty or boring life can be..it's still better than having ur heart heaved out of ur body and being trampled on.
When i see someone in love, i feel like yanking their heads out and filling it with hate. I wonder what's so especially abt love that one actually forgets his own identity? I'm not toking without experience..Infact i can say with much certainty that I hate the feeling of being in love..It makes u weak, vulnerable, clingy, wide-eyed, dreamy and so many other words i can come out with that associate back to being a loser.. Where's the strong, up-town, sophisticated, I-Know-i can -make-it on-my-own woman? I'm really a huge feminist.. which is why i dun give a **** abt what a guy has to offer me cos it's never enough and also i can get watever i want myself!
