style of. Your physique easily does want some salt to function spectacular, yet once you consume too lots of it, it will make you greater bloated because of the fact it forces your physique to hold onto extra water. whether, i've got been yearning salt & POURING it on basically approximately each little thing because of the fact that 5th grade. A 12 months returned, my well being care expert did a laboratory diagnosis on my hair strands, and because it seems, i became easily deficeint in sodium! So pay attention on your physique. in case you crave it, there could be a reason. and that i've got under no circumstances heard of something being undesirable on your liver, different than eating and eating waaaay too lots of the diet B12 (that's difficult to overdose on).

Sure sea salt is better for you than iodized salt but it is still sodium and is not good in high doses

You can eat it with medium rare steak. I had that at a restaurant before, it was really good. Small dosage though. Better than A1 sauce. You can also use it to exfoliate, I wouldn't recommend to bathe in it.

you can but it wouldn't be that good. You would have some food with no salt flavor and some with way to much
