Light, oxygen, and heat decomposes THC, so anything airtight in a dark cool place is a good way to go. I don't understand the answers about re-moisturizing weed, why would you want wet weed? Also adding water to weed can cause a mold to grow on it that is very dangerous if smoked.

If you grow your own cure it instead of plain drying it. Basically let it dry inside a two paper bag.

If you have small amounts use a prescription pill bottle if you have a large amount for the love of god don't freeze it this causes the bud to break down during the thawing process seal them in a good zip lock bag and then a small brown bag(for hiding) then store in the crisper in the fridge this will keep your bud fresh with out destroying it.

Zip lock bags. If it gets too dry you can put in some small slices of raw potato skin & the weed will absorb the moisture.

put buds directly in air tight mason jar and store in cool, dark place. When in a plastic bag in freezer you take a chance of moisture getting in a mildewing.

yep, food saver! that's what a lot of the medical providers in Oregon are using. Stays as fresh as the day it was sealed until you open it. Plus, no telltale smell.

Freezer works ok. If you can seal it in a preserving jar, it's better, but kind of a pain.
